Rude, unprofessional...this pharmacy has gone down hill since Meghan left. Always different employees, and very unknowledgeable about basic pharmaceutical laws and medication.
The girl who answers the phone is always rude and acts like youre an inconvenience for asking questions.
Nothing is ever on time. One of my scripts is on a national shortage and this location did not tell me and when I enquired about a different location having the medication, they said to call my doctor and have it changed... but, not to what. I went to another publix and that pharmacist was able to find it for me at a publix location. They need to contact that pharmacist and have him give them tips on customer service especially on medication that you can't just skip a day. Absolutely the rudest employees behind this pharmacy counter. Amy (the pharmacist) and Ryan (the clerk) The worst customer service. Highly do not recommend!
