Absolutely the rudest employees behind this pharmacy counter. Amy (the pharmacist) and Ryan (the clerk) The worst customer service. Highly do not recommend!
WORST pharmacy experience. I ordered a refill online that was supposed to be ready at 4 PM. The status stayed “in process” all day and even into the next day. When I called in the morning, they told me it wouldn’t be ready until the following day. I asked if it could be filled that day and they said it would be ready at 5 PM. By 7 PM it still wasn’t ready, so I called again and was told it would be ready tomorrow. I ended up calling the Publix on Nova and they had the prescription ready in less than 10 minutes.
