incompetent front end at pharmacy where is the actual pharmacist? sitting in a chair doing nothing (lazy) this applies to the staff working tonight
TLDR it ok they have front end staff that need proper training questions were answered with whatever answer the person could make up dealing with drugs is a safety position if you don't know the answer the pharmacist should be asked to speak to the patient i do not trust this pharmacy 2cond time using 1st time employee was very rude and had (rbf) 2cond time i felt like i was talking to someone that never studied for the test ACCORDING TO the state pharmacy board high school diploma is the only requirement to work in this fro... read more

The young black lady that took care of me was very rude. She was extremely nice to the people like her.
I am very appreciative of Kris, the pharmacy manager. I have been paying out-of-pocket for a very expensive medication because Walgreens said insurance wouldn’t cover the medicine. Doctor and insurance both recommended we try a different pharmacy. We chose Publix. Within 10 minutes I had the medication at no cost. I cannot say thank you enough!
