I am very appreciative of Kris, the pharmacy manager. I have been paying out-of-pocket for a very expensive medication because Walgreens said insurance wouldn’t cover the medicine. Doctor and insurance both recommended we try a different pharmacy. We chose Publix. Within 10 minutes I had the medication at no cost. I cannot say thank you enough!
The pharmacy tends to take around 48 hours to complete a prescription once sent by doctors. Typically the pharmacy tech inevitability tells me it’s on order, or it should be in today. Perhaps they don’t stock enough meds?
The Chinese lady working in pharmacy is rude. But then someone helped me very nice thank you.
The people are always friendly and helpful. Go the extra mile to try to help you. 5 stars
