The LEAST helpful pharmacy on Earth! They refuse to even give a price for a medication until you have committed by sending your prescription to them. And it took the over 5 minutes to answer the phone. The store customer service had to tell them to answer!
I have had several good experiences with this Publix Pharmacy before, but this past Monday I had a HORRIBLE experience. There is a girl that works there with long, red braids that was not listening to me, was rude, and lied to my face! When I told the girl at the counter that I’m here to pick up a prescription that was called in over the phone, she looked in the computer and responded that she does not see an e-prescription from a doctor’s office. Everyone in the pharmacy is so friendly. They are very quick and on top of things!
THEE ABSOLUTE WORSE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. MY DOCTOR SENT MY PRESCRIPTIONS TUESDAY AT 3:00 PM. WASN'T READY TILL TODAY FRI THE 13TH. TOOK MY GOOD RX AS USUAL AND PHARMACY WOULDN'T HONOR IT. I HAVE BEEN GOING TO THIS PHARMACY FOR THE LAST 11 YEARS AND HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM. LOST THIS CUSTOMER FOR LIFE. WALGREENS RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!
