Ivan and Valarie are the absolute worst individuals I’ve ever encountered at a Publix pharmacy. Out of town here for work and they won’t fill my prescription meanwhile back home they were calling me asking me to come pick it up. I was sick and couldn’t.
Don’t try and call these people. They will not dare answer the phone. We have called 20 times in 2 days and no answer.
Asked for a prescription to be filled by Saturday due to insurance purposes. They just cost me $180 because they couldn't do something so simple, even when we called in advance and told them we needed it by that day. Moronic

I've had more trouble with this pharmacy than any other. I called in advance bot once but twice to get my medications early due to the holiday. I not only called once twice three times. When I went to get the medications which was only two they didn't even have them ready only had one of them! I understand it being holiday but after reminding calling in advance three times there shouldn't have been any mix ups. It's sad when clients have to do the majority of the job.
