I don't know what I did to offend the red haired pharmacist. But please have more compassion next time. Everyone's struggling with this sisyphean system. I hope you have a better day.
This has been my pharmacy for years. Everyone there is professional and always very helpful. Once a script was called to the wrong pharmacy and they kept digging until they found it and had it transferred to the Walsingham location.

This Publix pharmacy has a lack of customer service. First time I did an RC they never called me to let me know there was an issue with the script. Today I called and before I could say anything they put me on hold twice. Could not hold any longer. Changing my RX to a real pharmacy
Not sure what the attitude was for, young gentleman at the pharmacy wouldn't double bag my stuff, I told him I have to ride a bike so if he could put another bag please, and he just asked me if I wanted the other bag for my medicine or my stuff, I just ended up saying that's fine, but I mean why else would a person ask for another bag of they are riding a bike?
