I can’t say enough great things about the Publix Pharmacy team. Danielle, the pharmacy manager, and the technicians consistently go above and beyond every time we visit. As a parent, there have been plenty of times when my kids were sick and I needed medications filled quickly, and this team has always been incredibly dependable. Scripts get filled pretty quickly however I have been almost given someone else’s medication and other health information as they did not ask for my DOB. I did get my flu shot with Publix last year and no complaints. Unfortunately, the last script I had filled, the bottle lid was not twisted shut and the medication spilled all over my floor…had to locate all the pills so my dog wouldn’t eat them :/

I recently moved my prescriptions from Walgreens to Publix Pharmacy and I couldn’t be happier. Walgreens was always telling me medications were on back order, overcharging me, and giving vague answers, especially from the pharmacist. Publix has been incredibly consistent and easy to work with. My prescriptions are always filled when they’re due, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the prices are dramatically lower. This has been a huge improvement, and I won’t be going back.
