Ariel is a GEM! I’ve been going here for years and no one ever treats me like a human being, Aside from a select few. She went above and beyond to run a discount card for me since my insurance lapsed. I’m not a wealthy person and it was refreshing to see that level of kindness, when i didn’t even ask. She deserves a raise and a promotion! I have serval qualms with some of the pharmacists who treat me like an addict due to the nature of my medication, when that couldn’t be further from the truth. Horrible pharmacist. Avoid at all costs.
Not helpful. I know the pharmacist is only there to fill meds and take your money. However, it would be nice if the pharmacist looked out for their customers. My medication was $125. I thought it was because it was a 90-day script. Nope, it was only 30, and my insurance only covered $80. The price with a coupon from GoodRx was $43. Would have been nice to have a pharmacist who would have noticed the cost was high. I called and asked if it could be adjusted and that it couldn't be adjusted. Ultimately, it's my fault.
