Publix pharmacy staff is really SWEET. People just like shooting the messenger and the bad reviews are false lol….
After 20+ years with this Publix Pharmacy, they suddenly stopped accepting GoodRX, tripling my prescription cost. I was told it was a managerial decision at this specific Publix Pharmacy. I'll be moving all my family’s prescriptions elsewhere. Loyalty clearly means nothing here.
Ariel is a GEM! I’ve been going here for years and no one ever treats me like a human being, Aside from a select few. She went above and beyond to run a discount card for me since my insurance lapsed. I’m not a wealthy person and it was refreshing to see that level of kindness, when i didn’t even ask. She deserves a raise and a promotion! I have serval qualms with some of the pharmacists who treat me like an addict due to the nature of my medication, when that couldn’t be further from the truth.
