They’ll treat you different if you use good RX. The price for my medicine came up $3 higher than the good rx price and she said the price was different from the “screenshot” I showed her. I had the Good Rx app opened. She ASSUMED it was a screenshot and I wasn’t even complaining about the money difference of $3. Needs better customer service!!
Pharmacists always rude.
I absolutely love coming to this Publix until today, I am disabled and require a service dog. I ran in to the store to grab a few items with my dog. Mind you I've been coming here for years and everyone knows my dog. Well his vest broke out in the parking lot and all I had for him was his service dog identification card and a leash. I was stopped at the front door by a lady I've never seen before and was asked in the most rudest voice to leave until I could get his vest on. The workers jenny & James aren't FRIENDLY don't look at you when they are talking to you !! And always something going on when it time for a refill? This NEW GROUP isn't FRIENDLY !! And I have been with them for about 5-6yrs AT LEAST GIVE SOMEONE A SMILE
