Kevin is an amazing pharmacist! He was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely took the time to make sure I understood everything and had all of my questions answered. You can tell he truly cares about the people he helps, and he made the whole experience so easy and positive. Excellent customer service and professionalism. Thank you, Kevin!

I go to this Publix regularly for shopping and to pick up medications. As I paid for my scripts, I was required to provide signature via a digital pad. I asked the pharmacist, a younger black woman if there was hand sanitizer and her response was “if you want to buy it it’s in aisle x.” When I said, “you know there’s a lot of sick and vulnerable people signing the pad you guys should probably have some up here.” She basically snarled at me and shrugged like how dare I say something to her.
