I go to this Publix regularly for shopping and to pick up medications. As I paid for my scripts, I was required to provide signature via a digital pad. I asked the pharmacist, a younger black woman if there was hand sanitizer and her response was “if you want to buy it it’s in aisle x.” When I said, “you know there’s a lot of sick and vulnerable people signing the pad you guys should probably have some up here.” She basically snarled at me and shrugged like how dare I say something to her. I went to pick up my prescription medication and a new one that had just been ordered on Saturday morning, only to find that the attending pharmacist, Mr. Kevin Santos was manning the entire department on his own, because the other assistants had called in sick that day and the other person was unable to come in earlier. The staff at the Publix Pharmacy are always helpful and nice. They go above and beyond to take care of their customers. Recently the manager, Jennifer, said she would call my husband and let him know when the covid shot would be covered by his Medicare. In less that 24 hours, Nina called and said it went through and he could come in at his convenience. We really appreciate the customer service here!
