Very disappointing deli and employees attitude. I was there the other day today there was no line at the deli but yet I was told I must wait. She wouldn't even take my order which was just one item. I thought I could place the order then come back after I did some shopping. Nope. .So then I come back and I'm told again, that I must wait up to 30 minutes or longer, because there's people in front of me, even though there was physically nobody in front of me. Publix pharmacy in Vestavia has been so very helpful in getting my in-laws prescriptions transferred from the closed cvs. Cvs did not make it easy, but Publix pharmacy made many calls for me and we are so thankful for their wonderful customer care!!
