I just love the ladies that work in this pharmacy it's great when they know your name when you know they deal with hundreds of people.

The pleasure of shopping at Publix is long over. The Pharmacies ( has a temp ) Unfriendly is being kind , is Hello or thank you a huge request. Absolutely as if we are going to the DMV, rude and just a ATTITUDE !Is she a celebrity temp also? Do managers care?? or even read reviews?. Train her to say Good Morning!! Good Afternoon and Thank you, We bet she said all of these words to get hired

Requested a manager because an employee denied my passport as proof of id becase he stated it was expired when it wasn’t manager came with an attitude and said you want to argue with me or get what you need ya’ll need to be trained more on customer service its unacceptable for a manager to speak that way when is a problem on ya’ll end where ya’ll don’t even know how to read an American passport this is my local publix and in a way i feel like this is a way of discrimination to my appearance
