This morning I saw an employee taken 5 frozen package fish and opening them and cutting the fish out of the sealed package to sell in the seafood area . This is wrong, The seafood area should be fresh, not opening frozen prepackaged seafood and deceiving customers. I will never buy fresh seafood ever again after seeing this in any Publix store, . I am very disappointed. Publix WAS my favorite store,
Waited several minutes as employees were more concerned about cleaning up for the night than customer service. Complete Publix failure on customer service.
Well usually I love Publix but this time not so much I called to order some wings after 3 times calling and being hung up on in the hot meals part I finally got through and then the girl told me she was busy and called back in a hour which I thought was rude finally got the front desk and they took my order
