For 3 years the pharmist was wonderful, but Publix changes the employees every few years. I had a young pharmist who could not understand how it is to work with customers. He needs to learn empathy for his clients.
I was cure over 30 years and I will shop quite often in public. This particular location is always been fantastic if I’ve ever had a problem I write to the management and they take care of it right away. So I do recommend them and I really enjoy the pharmacy
Publix doesn’t read this nor are they gonna react to it any of our postings I am hard of hearing Publix on university had a young pharmacist brunette, maybe 30 years old I’m repeating everything the clerk is saying to me so I can be clear what she’s saying This young pharmacist comes down and says, sir you’re being too rude. You have to leave.. I stood there and stared at her cause I could only hear half of what she said so I repeated what she said to me. Yes, sir you’re being rude. We are not going to wait on you.
This is the most frustrating pharmacy I've ever been to. More than once I have started a new medication and it's been listed as "in progress" for days only to contact them and find out they allegedly contacted my doctor for necessary information. They don't inform me that's what I've been waiting on, and when I do follow up with my doctor's office, they'll inform me they never received the request. Multiple times this has happened.
