Publix doesn’t read this nor are they gonna react to it any of our postings I am hard of hearing Publix on university had a young pharmacist brunette, maybe 30 years old I’m repeating everything the clerk is saying to me so I can be clear what she’s saying This young pharmacist comes down and says, sir you’re being too rude. You have to leave.. I stood there and stared at her cause I could only hear half of what she said so I repeated what she said to me. Yes, sir you’re being rude. We are not going to wait on you.
This is the most frustrating pharmacy I've ever been to. More than once I have started a new medication and it's been listed as "in progress" for days only to contact them and find out they allegedly contacted my doctor for necessary information. They don't inform me that's what I've been waiting on, and when I do follow up with my doctor's office, they'll inform me they never received the request. Multiple times this has happened. The pharmacist, Emily, is one of the rudest individuals I’ve ever met. I work as a healthcare professional and I will never treat my patients the way Emily talks to her customers and belittles them. She needs to find a pharmacy in a hospital where she doesn’t have to interact with people because she is not a nice person.
The staff was awesome. I have been injured since 2007 and worked for government 20 years. Had to switch pharmacy. They was very helpful. I’m still able to go to work because of them and not missing work. It helps my whole family .
I understand being understaffed, but when you tell a patient who is sick and waiting on medication that it will be 30 minutes and two hours later, you tell them that you still need more time that is unacceptable. This is poor management and incompetency especially when there are no other people picking up or dropping off
