The worst customer service, The worst attitude, They make you wait for a whole hour when they have the Medication right there on the shelf.. With a smile on their face, they like to tell you, the medication is not ready. While you’re waiting, they still take a hour long to get your medication Off of the shelf right next to them…. With an attitude. I come here for a convenience when I grocery shop, but they have terrible prices and horrible customer service.
The staff are polite and the pharmacy is clean. Pickup is pretty quick considering it's a busier area and when there is a line, it's typically at most 1 or 2 people long. I've been using this pharmacy for the last couple months and have had a good experience.
I was expecting the same level of service as we had at the Tampa Channelside Publix pharmacy. I would give a zero star if possible.
Super rude and unprofessional customer service! I kindly asked for more information on my prescription and if they use the insurance I provided. First he acted as if he couldn’t hear me and didn’t give me the time to repeat myself and hung up on me.
Ridiculously rude pharmacy. I worked as a lead tech for 5 years thru college at Publix. If someone tells you that they need an anti seizure, it takes 5 min or less to print a label and put it on a full count of 60 for a bottle. No, I didn’t click the spammed text about the refill, but I appreciate you laughing about it. Unreal how lazy and inconsiderate people have become. Avoid this pharmacy. It doesn’t take 25-30 minutes for a life altering drug.
