Narrowest isle I've ever seen in a publix & wow I've never experienced racism I'm florida until I walked in. The looks from the staff and customers.. friendly smiles from whites and nasty looks from browns. Never saw myself as a color only as a human like everyone else I encounter. Not here. Wow.
I walked out today in the same direction as a man who looked like he was mentally handicapped or perhaps not all there I’m not a doctor but am in nursing school. Anyway this staff member and what looked like security followed him out apparently for shoplifting, however the gentleman did not run or deny it simply said to the staff member he did not realize it he put the bag down checked out and didn’t think but offered to pay for the items with an embarrassed look on his face. Horrible customer service. I have an Rx that had to be ordered. It was called in Thursday morning. I was told you had to order it and it wouldn't be available until today (Monday). Yesterday I was told it would be ready by 3 pm today. Today I was told the order was received by 1230 or 1 pm and should be ready by 4. I just called and now you're saying 8 pm. I am suffering intensely and I need this medication. I'm extremely pissed to be getting the runaround and on top of that, absolutely no empathy from the pharmacy staff wha... read more
