The people here are very nice and getting my prescriptions has always been quick and easy! The drive thru is super convenient, and I've never seen it crowded, compared to the long lines at CVS. Glad I switched to here!
I ordered a refill of my prescription on Friday and was told it’d be ready Saturday. I got no notice or updates from the pharmacy and I’m still waiting for my prescription (it’s Monday). I have no more of my meds and they hope it’s coming today but it’ll be after 3 pm and I’m supposed to take it every morning. What kind of pharmacy can’t fulfill prescription orders!? So disappointed and will be switching.
So this isn't my usual publix but it was on my way home the other day running errands. I went to the deli to get prosciutto and cheese. It wasn't very busy and I wasn't in a rush. A woman helped me - it seemed she was new maybe and very friendly. I won't disclose the name bc this falls on management and lack of training, not on her. As I'm ordering from her from one moment to the next all I hear is her name being yelled and it's the manager (Jenn) standing on the other end of the deli behind counter just giving her the worst... read more
