If I could give this location zero stars I would. pharmacist and tech were absolutely so rude to me! I tried to refill my prescription at this place because there is a shortage in my prescription at my Walgreens and they fail to tell me they aren’t accepting my prescription because it’s a controlled substance. Also the prescription was ready a week after my doctor put the order in. the communication sucks and now I’m out of my medication until monday when my doctor is available. You guys suck
Kayla the assistant pharmacy manager is JOKE. The most rude passive aggressive pharmacist I’ve ever dealt with. Not only is she RUDE she’s incompetent at her job! SHE made a mistake entering my GoodRX info into the system so my prescription didn’t show up as paid in her system when I already paid goodrx through their app. But no this wasn’t HER problem because GoodRX charged me not publix. Really frustrating that each month the pharmacy techs say prescriptions will be ready by a certain time, and when you arrive you’re told by someone else that it’s not ready and won’t be ready for another hour. It really shouldn’t take all day to count 30 pills especially after you told a customer a specific time it would be ready by. Pharmacy teams seems inconvenienced by their customers.
