Wish I read these reviews prior to going to these INCOMPETENT PHARMACISTS!!!! They CLEARLY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS TIME OR MEDICAL ISSUE DUE TO THEIR IGNORANCE of not informing customer they don't accept their insurance!! Never received text Rx was ready so 12 hours later when picking up Rx was told they don't accept my insurance. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME & MONEY. TriCity mis-counted medications so I went to East Bay. 3 times now I have received medications that I flat told them to put back in stock and still they were included when they were picked up for me. I'm terribly disappointed because I love Publix and have always received great service. UPDATE: The area manager and the pharmacy manager have called to apologize, and he has asked that I update this review. I want to give a specific shoutout to Fred in the meat department. He got me a great cut of flanken style ribs and it really made our New Years Dinner special. We had a bad experience at another Publix meat department location but Fred hooked me up. Thanks Fred.
This is an excellent pharmacy. I was so happy I got new insurance so I could come back. The manager and the assistant manager are top notch. After coming here for 15 years I would definitely say I am a satisfied and happy customer. I can say that Publix and the pharmacy saved my life. My blood pressure went way too low. I called and they said I needed caffeine. Luckily I had Publix Unsweetened Ice tea. My blood pressure went right back up.
