The staff at Town and Country have Most of myalways gone above and beyond to help when there is a problem. For those of you that gave bad reviews, you must have hit on a really bad day. I have been using them since the store opened originally and have never had a serious problem. Most of the problems are created by the providers or insurance companies. I have NEVER had a problem with this pharmacy! I have a few maintenance meds and have them on auto-fill. They fill them on-time and then text me that they are ready for pickup. I brought my daughter's rxs in from CVS and they transferred them in and filled them when they were due without me having to call! Sooo much better than cvs or walgreens that I will never go back!!

This location needs to do something about the online order pick up parking. I’ve been living in this area for about a year and it doesn’t matter what time of day I go to the location for drive up pick up there are unman vehicles always in the parking spot, they need to put a sign out there that says any un man vehicles will be towed. Understaffed, no urgency thinking, rotating revolving door-workers, unacceptable wait times. Yesterday problems, 1 worker. Today is just a cough med. 3 hours later, not ready. YEARS, Ongoing issues require a review to the public.
