Several times they have run out of medicine that I really need. When they run out, other pharmacies have the medication. They said they only carry a few distributors and if they run out of medication, I'm just screwed. I hate how hard it is to get some medicine that I have been taking for years. It seems like they could make sure they have it like other pharmacies who never run out.
Look, don’t get me wrong, I like Publix, great place, awesome to have pharmacy right in the store wehre I shop is great, but, but, it’s never right. When I used to use CVS or Walgreens, the moment my prescription is sent, I’d have it ready on their systems by the time I go there. And it was as short as 6 minutes when I was living close to one. With Publix, they don’t see my insurance, don’t get the prescriptions in a timely manner even though the doc’s office validates they sent it twice! It’s 7/10 a miss. Switching back to ... read more
Glenn was very patient and had very great customer service
I am someone that has severe adhd. I've struggled my entire life with this condition and I have to take a controlled substance to manage my symptoms that I didn't ask for.. I recently got married and my insurance changed this pharmacy is the closest to my house and I work directly next door. This pharmacy is in network with my insurance and I all I did was call and ask about moving my Rx here.
