I cannot say enough good things about the Publix Pharmacy and especially the pharmacist, Adam . He went above and beyond to help us get a very expensive, life-saving medication at a price we could actually afford. His patience, kindness, and determination to find a solution truly made all the difference for us during a stressful time. Better have a backup plan if you’re depending on this Publix pharmacy (Village at New Georgia-Villa Rica Hwy, Dallas, GA). Problem after problem here —no communication if they’re out of your medication (you’ll find that out when you think you’re picking it up), they rarely check messages from doctors calling in prescriptions (good luck getting meds same day), and 99% of their staff is incompetent, unprofessional, unqualified and uncaring. Apparently all the reviews are about the pharmacy. Let's talk about the store itself. This was my first visit here, since I found out there was another publix in the area. It is always pleasant to walk into a Publix. The store was clean, and the staff was friendly. Deli was not busy like the other Publix. Let's talk about the pharmacy. I had a kid, fresh out of the hospital, that needed meds. East paulding did not have it. Within 40 minutes I had the prescription in my hand. My experience was good
Where to begin? Oh yes….hit the reset button and get the current employees out of there. That’s where I’d start. Then maybe find some management that can exhibit accountability.
