Never have medicine on time I’ve been without my medicine many of times and I needed it but they didn’t care not attentive at all I wonder if they ever let partner or parents or siblings ever run out of the medicine they need because if they don’t care about us then how do they care for family
Absolute worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Most of the times our prescriptions won’t be ready even though they were sent to the pharmacy two days prior.. I waited in line one time for an hour for a prescription that was supposedly filled only to be told it’s not ready and to go to the back of the line and wait again. I picked up my wife’s prescription the other day and they not only charged me again (after she pre payed on the app) but then gave me the one I said she didn’t need but marked her other one she did need as ... read more
Matthew is the worst pharmacy technician I've ever dealt with ! When you have to deal to deal with sick people you have to have compassion when you use lose that and have no empathy nor respect, it's definitely to find another job! This has always been the best pharmacy but lately.... no! Don't get me wrong it's still some good worker in there but some are just plain RUDE!!!Call to corporate in the morning!
The WORST pharmacy in the area. I wish I could leave zero stars. It used to be Kroger on Ridge Road but this Publix has taken its spot. Service is so terrible and they NEVER have prescriptions ready on time. I get the same Rx filled here every month. It takes over 48 hours to get the refill, not for any reasons on my end. Just because the pharmacy NEVER has it. I came in to pick up a Rx that was supposed to be ready at 3 to be told it had been sent off to another supplies and wouldn’t be ready for another 3 days. The worst pharmacy I've ever EVER dealt with. There are some very nice and helpful techs, but for the most part NOT helpful and either not trained, lazy or overworked. Any kf those reasons is enough for me to change pharmacies. When i can't get the pharmacist to work woth the new pharmacy and return to the doctor. This is egregious behavior.
