HORRIBLE! THEY KEEP LOSING MY PRESCRIPTIONS THAT MY DOCTOR JUST PRESCRIBED. THEY CLAIM THAT THEY WERE TRANSFERRED TO A DIFFERENT PHARMACY BUT DONT KNOW WHICH ONE. I LITERALLY ONLY USE THIS PHARMACY SO HOW? The guy working at 11:50 am on 6/26 was lazy and unprofessional. Put me on hold without a warning. Rude. This pharmacy is absolutely incompetent

Worste pharmacy experience. I talked with the pharmacy to get my moms meds filled on Sunday evening. Was told everything would be there the next day other than one that I needed to discuss with my moms primary doctor. Totally understand thats fine. They open at 9AM so I figured the next day I would give them some time and go get a haircut and go over. I go over there around noon and was told the meds were there and just had to be bottled and bagged and to come back around 4. I was like ok so I hung around shops of grand rive... read more
