Pros: Nice people working there Cons: understaffed I use them for Rxs I need asap (ie antibiotics etc), everything else, I use Amazon.
Worst pharmacy experience ever. I had a prepaid prescription that initially was to be delivered via Instacart. I subsequently cancelled the Instacart delivery. Keep in mind that the Instacart and Publix Pharmacy transactions are processed separately (something the pharmacists can't seem to comprehend). I then went in person to pick up the still-paid-for prescription and they acted as if there was suspicion that the Rx wasn't paid for.
