The pharmacist is friendly. The techs are very nice. It’s not the fault of the techs when insurance and doctors are giving problems…. No need to take out your frustration on them….. another plus is here they are normally truthful in telling you why they can not get your medicine filled I like honesty
I had a wonderful experience with Leela at the Publix Pharmacy in McDonough. She was incredibly patient and helpful during a very stressful time for me. I was having some issues getting my medication, and Leela not only resolved everything efficiently, but she also went the extra mile to find a prescription savings card to help lower my cost. It’s my first time here. It’s a very nice atmosphere and people are very friendly and welcoming. The place is clean and organized. The restroom is clean. The only negative is the everything is way too overpriced.
