I had a wonderful experience with Leela at the Publix Pharmacy in McDonough. She was incredibly patient and helpful during a very stressful time for me. I was having some issues getting my medication, and Leela not only resolved everything efficiently, but she also went the extra mile to find a prescription savings card to help lower my cost. It’s my first time here. It’s a very nice atmosphere and people are very friendly and welcoming. The place is clean and organized. The restroom is clean. The only negative is the everything is way too overpriced.
I never had an issue when christy ir major was there...but now, you put in app to refill a prescription and they never fill it..call them and they claim its being shipped and will be in tomorrow...well.....its been 5 days since i was told that..called and was told they could have it ready today.
They never have medicine in stock. I order the same medications every three months like clockwork for years and they STILL don't stock it. It is always a two day wait. edit: down to one star. It's been 4 days now
