I am on hospice. this black woman I the pharmacy dept didn't even bother to acknowledge me when I went up to the counter. the treatment I received at the pharmacy dept and some woman customer service called to go to the customer service dept after I complained was just as bad as the rest of them. I broke down crying in the middle of the store. a dying woman who only wanted her perscrition

This pharmacy sucks. My script was called in and not ready in Am. With their incredible volume said it would be done by 3. 830pm and still waiting. I know they don’t care as they aren’t the ones in pain but, they should act like they give a damn. made a lie up that they had to contact the Dr to make sure about the quantity. Total BS. I know it’s hard to find good help nowadays, Publix is no exception. Go elsewhere, it will be faster and you don’t have to deal with lies.
