BEWARE...Make sure you check your prescription before leaving Publix. They gave me the wrong prescription and were exceptional rude and unapologetic to include being hung up on when notifying them. I was shocked at the disrespect and total lack of empathy in this case. The young lady who answered my call acted as though it was just another day in paradise. Their web site to order refills is the absolute worst I have ever used!!! Does not work most of the time. I'm moving to some other pharmacy!!!
Worst pharmacy I’ve ever encountered, with a super rude and lazy manager-Natalie. When she showed up the place went from bad to worse.
I dealt with a lot of miscommunication and issues I had to take on myself. It's crazy how I switched to another pharmacy, and the issue was resolved the same day. This pharmacy gave me too many issues with no accurate answers. They guessed about what could have happened and then tell you to figure it out and be on your way. It doesn't matter if it was 5 times. They don't care.
