Terrible customer service and they don’t answer the phone to see if medicine is ready I was told by my Publix that this store had my medicine in stock I called later yesterday afternoon and they said the medicine had to be ordered and would be ready Saturday at 2 pm and it is now 6 pm I’ve been trying to call since 1 pm I finally had to call store manager customer service gave me pharmacy manager and I told her my store told me that this store had it in stock and that’s not what they told me The pharmacy manager then tells m... read more
