Terrible customer service and they don’t answer the phone to see if medicine is ready I was told by my Publix that this store had my medicine in stock I called later yesterday afternoon and they said the medicine had to be ordered and would be ready Saturday at 2 pm and it is now 6 pm I’ve been trying to call since 1 pm I finally had to call store manager customer service gave me pharmacy manager and I told her my store told me that this store had it in stock and that’s not what they told me The pharmacy manager then tells m... read more

This publix is very close to my residence so I am a frequent visitor. One thing I love about this place is that the shelves are always stocked, organized, and the produce is usually fresh. Lines move very quickly so there is never a long wait to checkout items. Cashiers are super friendly and maintains great knowledge about in store products. Still waiting to hit big on these scratch off tickets

They never have my refill ready and come up with an outlandish excuse as to why it's not even if I called 3 hours ahead. Once, I called hours in advanced, and they told me it would take 4 hours, without reason. I showed up at said time, and they told me to come back in another hour. You're better off at the Publix in Plantation. Much nicer, faster service, always has prescriptions ready on time.
