We’ve lived next to this Publix for going on 7 years now. Phenomenal pharmacy staff, always go above & beyond, helped us with refills when we’re out of town, and treat us like part of the team since our family requires frequent medication pick-ups. Very lucky to have this Publix so close to us with such a great team!
I don't know how this place is under 4 stars because they go above and beyond for their customers. There's been a shortage of my medication and I didn't know what else to do. The person I spoke to on the phone CALLED ANOTHER PHARMACY FOR ME while keeping me on hold to confirm they could help me. Then gave me the number so my doctor could send the prescription there. I am a patient At Publix pharmacy veranda Falls In Port St. Lucie and being in healthcare field, I’ve written many prescriptions and I know pharmacist jobs are very demanding and stressful because sometimes-patients demands are often unrealistic .
