They are definitely a better Publix pharmacy. They are nice, responsive & efficient.
I don’t feel safe shopping at Publix since they started letting people brandish assault weapons in the stores. How are mothers and fathers with their children supposed to explain that person with the machine gun isn’t a soldier and could very easily turn dangerous. Concealed carry is good enough.
The pharmacist was short and didn't want to answer my questions. I needed help in getting my prescription filled correctly. The other employees in the pharmacy have always been very nice. I was shocked at the rudeness of the pharmacist I spoke to today. I thought it was their job to help customers not to make them feel stupid for asking a question. I will be finding a new pharmacy.
We’ve lived next to this Publix for going on 7 years now. Phenomenal pharmacy staff, always go above & beyond, helped us with refills when we’re out of town, and treat us like part of the team since our family requires frequent medication pick-ups. Very lucky to have this Publix so close to us with such a great team!
I don't know how this place is under 4 stars because they go above and beyond for their customers. There's been a shortage of my medication and I didn't know what else to do. The person I spoke to on the phone CALLED ANOTHER PHARMACY FOR ME while keeping me on hold to confirm they could help me. Then gave me the number so my doctor could send the prescription there.
