Debbie from the pharmacy is simply the best, I had an issue with my insurance and she helped me through the entire transaction and made sure that I received what I needed from another Publix pharmacy. I seriously love her 💕💕
I called several times today. I goes to vm. Then it plays a lengthy msg about covid vaccines. This plays precisely 2 times. It then hangs up
We’ve been using this pharmacy and since the store opened. Sadly over the past year the customer service is nonexistent. The pharmacists are unfriendly and make you feel like you are bothering them when you ask questions. If you want pharmacy that doesn’t treat you like another number, go elsewhere because this is not the place to go for that!!
I haven’t had any issues with this pharmacy location since I always order my scripts through the app. If there’s ever a discrepancy, they call me in a timely manner to sort out any questions.
