They promised me that my prescription would be ready yesterday & they never took care of it.. I worked long hours & could not keep calling. I now have no medication for today. As far as I’m concerned, they suck. And so many people told me to switch to them……WHY???? This has never happened to me at another pharmacy.
They waited right before they closed and filled a prescription. I paid for it. I was 2 minutes from pharmacy and asked if I could pick it up. They said no. So then the refill date has been moved back a day meaning I will have one less pill even though I already paid for it and they couldn't stay to let me pick it up. I get they have certain legal stipulations they had to follow but pharmacist it was no big deal.
Rude, unprepared, and unprofessional. That is what this pharmacy is. Most of the time prescriptions are not filled within a reasonable time and when you ask a question their response to you is in a tone like you are an idiot who is wasting their time. I had been with this pharmacy for 13 years but over the past several years it has just gotten worse and I am moving on to a new pharmacy that actually cares about their customers.
Excellent pharmacists and well trained friendly staff. They offer to answer any questions you may have about your prescriptions and vaccinations.
