Rude, unprepared, and unprofessional. That is what this pharmacy is. Most of the time prescriptions are not filled within a reasonable time and when you ask a question their response to you is in a tone like you are an idiot who is wasting their time. I had been with this pharmacy for 13 years but over the past several years it has just gotten worse and I am moving on to a new pharmacy that actually cares about their customers.
Excellent pharmacists and well trained friendly staff. They offer to answer any questions you may have about your prescriptions and vaccinations.
Fast efficient & good on prices
The folks at this Publix Pharmacy have been consistently polite and helpful every time I have either called or gone into the store. Most recently, I spoke to Pamela, who was very patient and helpful with me on the phone. It should be obvious to anyone going in to this Pharmacy that they are all working very hard, intent on filling all of the prescriptions and trying to answer all of the questions customers ask.
