Ramon is extremely rude, unprofessional, and insensitive. I’ve had multiple experiences with him that were less than favorable. He talks down to you as if are an inconvenience. He is condescending. I will not be using this pharmacy ever again. My family will be taking our services elsewhere
This Publix has exemplified their "Brand". Always a smile or hi or can I help etc. Their deli meats are better than bores head. Pinwheel steaks are great! Everything has been wonderful. Shelves stocked. Keep up the good work!
I’ve been using this location as my primary pharmacy for all my family’s prescriptions. The customer service has always been excellent, the staff is helpful, and the prices are better than many other pharmacies. It’s always a pleasant experience.
Big decline in customer service. The pharmacist was rude, she questioned my doctor's medication choices, questioned me (interrogated) as to my diagnosis, what treatment options have been tried, and said she would have to call my doctor for further information. I ended up transferring my medications and my family's medications as well. Awful way to speak to someone, no empathy, no care and apparently in the wrong field since she is wanting to diagnose and treat patients.
