My husband went to an urgent care center early this morning and they called in a prescription. Since it is Sunday, the pharmacy didn't open until 11 AM. I arrived at about 11:15 and found it was very busy. The pharmacy staff made a great effort to find the phoned in prescription order and fill it while I waited. The pharmacist was also able to recommend an over the counter preparation to help with his pain. They really went above and beyond. Thanks to the Pharmacy staff!
I had to change to Publix pharmacy and I have never had a bad experience.
I used to love Publix Pharmacy when I was shopping at a different location. Now that I moved and started using this one, I have found that the staff here is extremely unprofessional and very rude. After the phone call I just took, I have decided to transfer all my families medications to CVS across the street. I hated the insolent tone of her voice.
