I had a prescription to pick up. I marked that I wanted to do it curbside. I have never done that before so was unsure how the process was to go. I parked and called the pharmacy to let them know I was there. The girl who answered the phone was extremely rude and said, “didn’t I just talk to you? I already told you it would be while.” And hung up on me. I had never talked to this girl before that. I was extremely disappointed in her attitude and treatment of me as a customer. Very poor service.
OK I rarely leave any review for anywhere period but I am DONE with this pharmacy. Today was the day. The pharmacy techs are truly unacceptably RUDE. (I don't mean a little bit rude like someone's stressed, I mean RUDE.) I work retail management full-time and if I spoke to a customer just one time the way they've spoken to me on MULTIPLE occasions over the years, I'd be written up and possibly suspended no questions asked. I have never searched out a place to give a review but I was so insulted by this persons attitude towards me yet she never met me. I’ve shopped with this Pharmacy and grocery since the day it opened and never has anyone been so rude. I called on a Sunday afternoon, close to 6pm, closing time. My medication needed a doctors approval. The person on the other line gave me a very ugly response to why I needed to call my doctor. I used to never have a problem with this pharmacy until recently. I will no longer be using this pharmacy even though it is very close to my house. I have had issues with my prescriptions being filled after being received and dealt with a rude customer the last time I was there. Alyssa was rude to me over the phone and when I went to pickup my medication. I'm not sure if she was the pharmacist, she wore a white coat but if didn't seem as she was a pharmacist.
Pharmacy worker was rude and had a bad attitude. She was annoyed to look up a medication, the price, and how long it would take to order and snapped on me when she did not like my answer to a question. Publix pharmacies significantly declined in recent years.
