Shout out to Miss Pamela and Mrs. Jasmine at the Publix Deli on 4300 Chapel Hill Rd, Douglasville, GA! They went above and beyond helping me with my wife’s order, making sure we got exactly what we wanted. I walked out of there with the best sandwich I’ve had in a long time—and the kind of customer service that makes you feel right at home. If you’re in Douglasville and want a great experience, go see them. You won’t be disappointed!
I have shopped here for a while, and since the store managers don’t take my complaint very seriously, I will just post it publicly. The worst: the fruits and vegetable section seems to be run by individuals who don’t understand what healthy food looks like. Bad onions and shallots, at times smelling putrid and producing goo. Worse pharmacy I have ever been too. Literally every single visit. They don’t fill prescription unless you call about them. Say it will take “20” minutes yea right it is always an hour.
Dec. 22 stood in the deli line for 15/20 minutes... customers being patient because we realize it's the Christmas shopping season...3 customers in front of me walked away empty handed 🤔 YIPEEEE it's my turn!!! After using this pharmacy for 11 years, I am happy with a new one. They sent me home with the WRONG prescription (that I paid $100 for when the actual correct prescription only cost $37) and the pharmacy cashier degraded me for their mistake when I had to bring it back saying rudely "aww, guess you couldn't afford it after all, huh?" The pharmacist lightly corrected her, saying I was actually doing an exchange because they filled the wrong prescription, but the damage is done at that point.
