They’re always so disorganized and never mention the chicken. It’s as if they don’t know how many chickens they need for each day.

With much disappointment i must share my experience. A cake was ordered and it was not up to par. I have never had this problem before but the cake was not presentation ready it was rush rush...the only resolution offered was we can remake and deliever thats not a resolution thats a delay. I explained i have people waiting on cake its a Sunday and I had ZERO faith on their word to deliever. I explained to the manager terrie that if I would be compensated with a discount and he refused.
