This Publix feels more like a Walmart. The customer service is poor and the store seems very understaffed. Peak shopping hours, there are three managers talking at the front of store while customer wait in lines and cashiers struggle. Deli and hot food are never staffed enough, one or two people handling lines of 10 people, always have to wait 20-40 minutes for a sub or deli meat. Seafood counter is even worse; only even one person working the seafood counter and it always someone who is quiet, slow and lacks people skills. ... read more
Entire store staff is friendly , compare with all the store in our area. I have some medical issue and switch pharmacy from Walgreens to Publix because their customer services is just outstanding and amazing.
