This store has potential, but the pharmacy’s communication needs real improvement. My provider clearly writes for a specific brand-name medication, yet they repeatedly fill a different brand without calling me or considering what the doctor ordered. Picked up some prescription ointment for my infant today. Got home and the tube was split open. Called to see if they would replace it and they not only refused but told us that it was okay to use. The manager wasn’t in, so we spoke to the person who was standing in for him.
