Jonathon in the Pharmacy was very helpful changing my preferences of having refills automatically issued, to allowing me to order when I actually need the refill to take place. He is always customer service centric and willing to provide assistance.

The FEMALE pharmacist that works at this location is very rude. I had a flight. She was the only PHARMACY PUBLIX PHARMACY that had my medication in. She wouldn’t fill it. She said she needed my doctor to call her and it’s very difficult to get a hold of the doctors she wouldn’t call herself, but she didn’t hesitate to brag that she owns her own PHARMACY across the street. I normally have good experiences at the Publix pharmacy, and most of the staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. However, there is one employee who consistently comes across as rude every time I pick up a prescription. She rarely greets customers, seems irritated when you ask questions, and often acts like helping you is an inconvenience.
