This place is horrible. They do not listen, they do not have any consistency in dealing with prescription refills. I dealt with one issue with two different people and I received two very different answers that were in conflict with one another. This place will make you crazy. Then you will have to go to your doctor to get on meds just to deal with their stupidity. Oh it’s never their fault always yours!
This used to be a great pharmacy, but has went down hill since the new pharmacist was hired and so to have the ratings. She lacks the skill set to work with customers, especially the high volume that this public sees. She questions everything, making you self-conscious about the meds you are forced to take your entire life. The app says refill due on medications that are necessary, but not schedule 2 drugs. The customer service here is not good. I don't know if they're just overwhelmed and understaffed, but they often act put out for having to deal with their customers. This is definitely an area that needs improvement.
I asked to speak to the pharmacist. I had a question about an antibiotic that I was taking that wasn't working well. Should I get a stronger dose and take longer? Switch to a different antibiotic? If I should switch, which antibiotic would make the most sense? I realize that this is a question for my physician, as she will be the one prescribing.
