I moved to Canton and needed to make a switch in pharmacy. I decided to bring it to Publix, because I have always thought highly of Publix typically being top tier in customer service. I now have different feelings since being at this Pharmacy, and the customer service is truly poor. I had to go to urgent care last night at 7pm for strep and flu like symptoms. Luckily my appointment was very quick and my Dr sent a prescription into this publix pharmacy an hour and a half before closing. I showed up at publix at 730 (thats how quick my appointment was at UC). Instead of going inside, I called to ask if my scripts were ready. This place is horrible. They do not listen, they do not have any consistency in dealing with prescription refills. I dealt with one issue with two different people and I received two very different answers that were in conflict with one another. This place will make you crazy. Then you will have to go to your doctor to get on meds just to deal with their stupidity. Oh it’s never their fault always yours!
This used to be a great pharmacy, but has went down hill since the new pharmacist was hired and so to have the ratings. She lacks the skill set to work with customers, especially the high volume that this public sees. She questions everything, making you self-conscious about the meds you are forced to take your entire life. The app says refill due on medications that are necessary, but not schedule 2 drugs. The customer service here is not good. I don't know if they're just overwhelmed and understaffed, but they often act put out for having to deal with their customers. This is definitely an area that needs improvement.
