The FEMALE pharmacist that works at this location is very rude. I had a flight. She was the only PHARMACY PUBLIX PHARMACY that had my medication in. She wouldn’t fill it. She said she needed my doctor to call her and it’s very difficult to get a hold of the doctors she wouldn’t call herself, but she didn’t hesitate to brag that she owns her own PHARMACY across the street. I normally have good experiences at the Publix pharmacy, and most of the staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. However, there is one employee who consistently comes across as rude every time I pick up a prescription. She rarely greets customers, seems irritated when you ask questions, and often acts like helping you is an inconvenience. I moved to Canton and needed to make a switch in pharmacy. I decided to bring it to Publix, because I have always thought highly of Publix typically being top tier in customer service. I now have different feelings since being at this Pharmacy, and the customer service is truly poor. My experience for the past few months is just sad- No one seems to care, no urgency, no compassion/understanding.
