Nice people!
I enjoy getting my medicine here. Sometimes the wait can be slightly long but the staff is polite. The pharmacists are very nice and are very kind when you have questions. I like getting my medicine here.
I have been filling my prescriptions here for years, and before that another Publix location which closed bc of a shooting. I take 3 medications for diabetes. They didn’t tell me they might not have one in stock in time, and when I called earlier this week, I was told by the manager Mark it was due to arrive by Friday. Today is Friday and after receiving no notification again, now they’re telling me maybe next Wednesday. This is a weekly injectable due to be taken on Monday which I have told them several times. Pharmacy staff is very unprofessional and impolite. If you only defend yourself from their bad attitude and abusive treatment, they immediately threaten you with no filling your medication anymore at this particular location. In addition, the Pharmacy is constantly out of medication and take for ever to fill a prescription, even if they have it available. Another common problem is that after calling you to tell you that your prescription has been successfully filled, the employees tell you the medication is not ready yet.
I can't believe I called this pharmacy to inquire about a controlled substance medication, because another pharmacy don’t have it available and a woman named Brie put me on hold for 9 minutes just to inform me that they aren't accepting new patients for this medication. It seems absurd that a public pharmacy would operate this way. It's unfortunate that I have experienced racism in this city of Wellington.
