The pharmacy I have been going to for 15 years closed suddenly and it was devastating as they have seen me through years of being sick , regular medication, .. they knew me and were always amazing. I can’t express how grateful I am as I have had nothing but a wonderful experience at the marketplace Publix Pharmacy the last 5 months . If you care about patient safety - do NOT use this pharmacy. Sat on my prescription knowing full well they were out of the medication (for weeks) and did not alert me so I could find alternative sources before missing doses. They texted me multiple times to “pay ahead” to pick up OTHER meds, when I picked them up they were rude and condescending when I asked where the other one was. Cuter more intimate version of The Reserve Publix. Employees are friendly and are willing to help whenever needed! Bakery Ray is my main man! He deserves some cake with extra $prinkles! He’s good people and does the customer right! Overall clean and tidy smaller Publix with its own pharmacy. I def prefer this location when I’m nearby! The cakes were awesome Ray = 5 star service!
