Everyone here is so nice! I feel like most Publix delis around 12pm have a huge line. This one had 4 people in line and it moved so fast. Once I got up to order my sandwich, Steve was so friendly while also being efficient! I enjoyed chatting with him and his willingness to build my sandwich exactly how I requested. I absolutely love coming to this pharmacy because of the staff! Melissa and Alyssa are my girls! They are always super kind to me, even when they're swamped with work. There was one night in particular that I had arrived about 30 minutes before they closed and I desperately needed my prescription as I was going to be having surgery the following day. I have always had great experiences with Publix Pharmcy until today. They know what they did and i will be going elsewhere for my flu shots and pharmacy needs. I am so disappointed with the way Publix handled my prescription.
The pharmacy staff are friendly and professional. They always offer to answer any questions and they really mean it.
