Terrible service, and they never get my prescriptions correct.
Unfortunately, my experience at this Publix Pharmacy has been consistently unpleasant due to the pretentious and dismissive attitudes of Jen and Stephanie. Picking up my prescriptions should be a simple, respectful process, but instead it feels stressful and unwelcoming every time I have to deal with them. Most recently, Jen complained that she had called me several times regarding a prescription. Staff is extremely rude. Spoke with the pharmacist, she didn't even give me her name when she answered the phone.
Erica was extremely rude to me on the phone, making it clear I was inconveniencing her by calling to see if my prescription was ready as they opened? I think this staff needs a reminder that they work in the medical field and need to treat patients accordingly. I will not be using this pharmacy again.
