Worst pharmacy i have ever been to. The female pharmacist is completely illogical and the male has no bedside manner and does not follow rules and laws of pharmaceuticals. Uneducated. The techs are also… idk there’s a lot wrong with most of them. The male tech is great but the blonde with the curly hair does not know what she is doing. Always looks lost. I’d buy my meds on the black market before ever going back here.
Inept. They had a lady in line before me upset last week and the same thing this week. They sent me home last week and told me to return today because of their screw up. Now today they read aloud incoherent notes about the prescription going from ready to not ready status a dozen times and then a note that it was released to the patient completely contrary to being instructed to come back today. Publix is a good company. Clean stores, good customer service.
They refused to fill the script my doctor faxed for thyroid medication. They only use electronic scripts now? Treated me and my doctor like we were trying to illegally prescribe me opioids. Goodbye.
