They refused to fill my wife’s prescription 3 days early but they would fill it one day early if we came back. This is an anti seizure medicine that she cannot risk being without. When I tried to get the prescription moved to a reasonable pharmacy they blocked it. The pharmacist I dealt with was clearly an unreasonable and vindictive person. If they would not provide the prescription they should not have blocked the transfer. I would give 0 stars if possible.
Recently broke 3 of my toes, right below the knuckles of the toe, very painful break, the nearest pharmacy to me is sort of sketchy so I had my prescription sent to the Publix pharmacy, the first time they denied filling my prescription, it was unclear why so I gave them a call this sort of get a clearer understanding of what was going on. On both occasions it was like they simply want to stop talking to me. The gentleman I spoke to was very rude. And when I was simply trying to explain Rush this sentence and hung up on me.
Very rude staff both on the phone and in person. Prescriptions take days to fill.
This used to be a good place to have your prescriptions filled. There are only 2 ladies that take their job seriously and want to help customers. The only reason I continue to use them is because some medicines are cheaper here.
I’ve usually had great experiences here—the Black ladies who normally work the counter are always very nice, friendly, and helpful. Unfortunately, my recent visit was quite different and disappointing. On this occasion, there were two white women working: one a very young girl with face piercings who appeared lost, dazed, and confused, and another who was a heavier-set woman.
