Very kind, caring and efficient pharmacists and associates. All questions answered and reasonable wait times for medications.
There is a tech there, Kathy, who is super friendly and helpful. She helps find the best discount coupons for scripts and is very kind. It’s much appreciated and I’m always relieved and happy when I see her there. The male pharmacist is also very nice.
I just recently had another pharmacy in the area botch our prescription. I called Suntree Publix pharmacy to help and not only did they help, but they called the original pharmacy to get all the details and were willing to eat the cost of a spilt dosage that the other pharmacy messed up. Thank you Suntree Publix Pharmacy!
They used to be Premier in 2000 but that was long ago. Small and conveniently seem to not stock my favorite items. I have asked and they act like it matters but they don’t care, I shop up at the Stadium Parkway where they have EVERYTHING .
This is the only place where the staff is respectful and non judgemental. They fill my Rx in a timely manner and keep me updated if there is an issue. I'll never go to another pharmacy again haha.
