Extremely rude, bad service, just an overall attitude that Publix needs to take action on. I love the grocery and every single employee in that section, but the pharmacy is the black cloud of the store. I have convinced everyone I know to either go across the street or off of 50, hopefully you will too and avoid the headache and frustration.

Terrible customer service. I reluctantly kept going here for a long time because of their unbeatable deal on blood pressure med (used to be free), but they've ended that (after a couple months keeping it relatively cheap, they raised it up no better than anywhere else), so I no longer have any reason to give them my business. Worst customer service at a Pharmacy my family has encountered in our lives. Filling a prescription and we discovered through the Publix website, we could get 1 month of the medication free (saving $110). All this required was the Pharmacy to take 5min to re-run the prescription. The techs first told us they couldn’t do it. But after showing them they could, they refused and said we’d have to “look it up ourselves”.
