They do a fair job but they had to order a med for me I called in and they said it was on but had to be unboxed I told them I needed it but they didn't care and didn't get around to filling it until next day

Worst customer service at a Publix pharmacy ever! Publix use to be all about customer service. This one has lowered itself to that of a Walmart. I don't mind paying a little more for good customer service, but at this point why? When asked if they carried a specific item I was told "if we do it will be out there"...duh! I guess I was asking too much to point me in the right direction. 🤦♀️ We left and was helped at Walgreens.
