I no longer receive texts about my prescription. The last two times I have filled things they have been canceled or unable to be filled and I am not notified and have to follow up, then send the script somewhere else. I no longer use them after too many errors and lack of communication.
Wrong dosage, no care, no solutions. It’s as if the focus is to ensure patients suffer and waste time. Made multiple trips with nothing resolved. Utter incompetence — should be shut down and space used for something more productive.
The useless phone system hangs up after 1 min if a tech doesn't pick up. Impossible to get in touch with them.
The old lady with the purple hair at the pharmacy window is extremely rude. Should not be interfacing with customers.
Went to pick up rx last week. Told by pharmacy staff member that I Need a prior authorization. I call my doctor today for status. They have received nothing from pharmacy. A whole week has past waiting for nothing. Transferring to Borrows West CVS when it opens. This is the second time one of my scripts has fallen through cracks. Feel lack of customer service.
