Wrong dosage, no care, no solutions. It’s as if the focus is to ensure patients suffer and waste time. Made multiple trips with nothing resolved. Utter incompetence — should be shut down and space used for something more productive.
The useless phone system hangs up after 1 min if a tech doesn't pick up. Impossible to get in touch with them.
The old lady with the purple hair at the pharmacy window is extremely rude. Should not be interfacing with customers.
Went to pick up rx last week. Told by pharmacy staff member that I Need a prior authorization. I call my doctor today for status. They have received nothing from pharmacy. A whole week has past waiting for nothing. Transferring to Borrows West CVS when it opens. This is the second time one of my scripts has fallen through cracks. Feel lack of customer service.
The Customer Service is appalling. A script was sent here early on a Friday from Moffitt Cancer Center Publix because they did not have the meds in stock. I was told by two different people at Moffitt that I would be able to pick up on Saturday. When I got home on Friday I actually called Publix at stadium parkway just to confirm that that was correct.
