Publix provides very good service, but its flower service is terrible. I don't understand why they sell flowers that are already old and wilted; it's disrespectful to customers. Whenever I go to buy flowers, which I usually do on the weekends, the flowers are wilted and withered. I've bought them because I had no other choice, but two days after buying them, they're already completely dead. The flowers have been on sale for many days and don't meet customers' expectations.
