Moved all my prescriptions here in Sept2024 it takes approximately a week to get a prescription filled .My husband is now 19 says behind on his medication because of their delays. A tech asked if my husband was born in 1863 or 1963 when I just said 63....should have ran then. The pharmacist that is male is very knowledgeable and efficient but it ends there and I fear he can't do it all himself. The staff is also rather defensive and rude when you inquire why a refill takes a week.
I Just want to say thank you to the pharmacist manager and her team. I’ve recently been going through a lot of health issues that effect’s my day to day life. This pharmacy has been understanding and patient. Thanks again
Script called to them via Dr on Monday. We asked Wednesday, in person why it's not yet filled. Pharmacist said he would call Dr to see if drug could be prescribed as 2 - 20 mg tabs as the 40 is on back order. Called pharmacy on Sunday to see why it's not filled yet & was told they don't called the Dr., we have to!! So, who is lying to me, really? Very poor treatment of customer in need of their medication!!
Terrible customer service. The lady has been telling me for two days now that my prescription is in the "storage" and then today when I went back again to see if it was ready since I was told it would be and she asked "Well do you need it today?" ... I've needed it since Sunday when I first put the order in and was told it would be ready that afternoon. I tell her "Yeah I need it today" and she tells me "Oh, well this is going to take me all day".
Prescription was called in by doctor (day in andvance) and instead of calling them back or calling me to let me know they were unable to get that medication they just waited till I made the trip. Now I have to call around to find the medication and it was to be started today. Thanks for nothing
