Prescription was called in by doctor (day in andvance) and instead of calling them back or calling me to let me know they were unable to get that medication they just waited till I made the trip. Now I have to call around to find the medication and it was to be started today. Thanks for nothing
I Just want to say thank you to the pharmacist manager and her team. I’ve recently been going through a lot of health issues that effect’s my day to day life. This pharmacy has been understanding and patient. Thanks again
What an unnecessarily rude employee (young girl with longer black hair) working the front counter of the pharmacy today. Even had the audacity to mock a customer to her coworkers once the customer walked away. I wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't seen it for myself since publix usually has such great service. I got my prescription but will be transferring them to another company moving forward. I do not recommend going here since there are so many other options nearby.
I get a text saying it's time to renew my medicine. I renew it with the link they send, it thanks me and says it'll be ready in 2 days. I go 4 days later, wait in a long line, then finally when it's my turn the pharmacy rep tells me my prescription has expired! Why didn't it say that when I renewed it? Pharmacy rep says shes sorry. Seems very very unorganized!!
Tried to refill a prescription over the phone. Pharmacist never answered. Called back several times. They kept deliberately hanging up on me before I could speak. I understand they may have been busy, but this was totally rude.
