I have been using publics pharmacy for over five years. I have tried others but they don't even compare to the wonderful caring people at publics. Kayla F. And the wonderful pharmacist are always so very helpful and caring, 🙏 I have to pay for my meds cause my Medicaid will not cover my meds. I picked up two prescriptions for a family member at this Pell City Publix Pharmacy around 7 p.m. on 6/21/2024. Each RX was for 21 tablets. When I got home, I discovered that one bottle contained 21 tablets while the other contained 60. (The tablets are the same size and shape so the difference in quantity was apparent.) Printed on each bottle's label was QTY: 21. Included with our paperwork and our two pill bottles in the pharmacy bag, was someone else's receipt. His RX called for 90 pills of a different medication.
