Has to be the worst pharmacy in the state of Florida for Publix. I don’t care what day you call your scripts and you will get a text to come get them and when you arrive they don’t even know why you’re there. Your scripts are not ready. They tell you to come back five hours later, so you come back the next day only three out of the 4 are ready. Your Asked again To come back. This is just awful customer service . However Nicole who works there is very pleasant to deal with.
I've been using public pharmacy in lake placid since they open and I've been very very please they are helpful and great with the customers

Worst experience at a pharmacy ever! Transferred prescriptions from another pharmacy. Publix told me they requested the transfer but that the other pharmacy didn’t respond. Called the other pharmacy. Transfer was sent and received. Went back to Publix, now they say it was received but they didn’t fill it even though I was very clear that I was out of my medication. Pharmacy Tech Nicole was very rude. I had a copay card for my husbands prescription and I was going to give her that info when I got to the counter. I waited my turn in line, I was third. I get to the counter and I give her the copay card info and she tells me that I should’ve called ahead or dropped it by earlier because now I was holding up her line. So unprofessional.
