El peor servicio al public que vi en mi vida, te atienden con actitud y desprecio , te hacen ir varias veces y cuando le dices que por que ya te habian dicho que fueras en 40 minutos y tu vas 2 horas despues te dicen que no esta listo y con mala actitud te dicen que tienen 300 prescriciones que hacer ,,,,, no digan 40 minutos digame 3 días y yo vuelvo en 3 días , lo peor de lo peor ,
Has to be the worst pharmacy in the state of Florida for Publix. I don’t care what day you call your scripts and you will get a text to come get them and when you arrive they don’t even know why you’re there. Your scripts are not ready. They tell you to come back five hours later, so you come back the next day only three out of the 4 are ready. Your Asked again To come back. This is just awful customer service . However Nicole who works there is very pleasant to deal with.
I've been using public pharmacy in lake placid since they open and I've been very very please they are helpful and great with the customers
