I bought some fruit from them but it tasted off completely spoiled the juice was the same way
This publix pharmacy has gone downhill. For many years we have come here for all scripts, something has changed, it's always some type of confusion & problem. I came in one day and there was a line, but it wasn't a line to pick up, there was a line for pick up on other side, this was a line of people upset and complaining. Very unprofessional over the phone.Will be changing from this Publix.If you dnt want to work,Then dnt come in with a attitude.Pharmacy needs better training
Rude over the phone. Go to pick up prescription, tried to charge $97 for an antibiotic. Then later when I call to figure out what happened they claimed they never had anything in the system. Just weird and incompetent. Now I have to deal with the doctor and pharmacy again tomorrow to figure it all out.
Pharmacist Vanessa Y Jasmin is extremely rude and completely incompetent. She screamed at a customer right in front of me yelling. There was a huge discrepancy with my medications and I actually took the wrong medication. I will be reporting her to the Board of Pharmacy as well as mqa and ahca. She was also dressed very inappropriately. I am appalled Publix would allow this behavior from a pharmacist or any employee for that matter. I will be transferring my prescriptions and taking my business elsewhere
