A Gorgeous Red Headed Angel disguised as a Publix Pharmacist saved my life tonight’ in a Publix, near a quaint little town by the Sea. The Ladies at Publix went back & forth more than once with my Doctor. I know that now & I’m so touched that I didn’t get the: That will ONLY be ready tomorrow’ line. This pharmacy needs to get its act together. My husband and are getting pretty frustrated because more often than not, we receive notification a prescription is ready and when we go to pick it up, it is in fact not ready. If it's their computer system, then get it fixed. If it's employees, then they need to be retrained or something. I would have given a one star rating, but in fairness to Publix I have found all of pharmacies in this county aren't much better.
my wife and I have used this pharmacy since it opened and have been extremely satisfied with the staff. The store manager told me once that this particular pharmacy fills more prescriptions than any other in the region. They are way above in care and service than the Walgreens pharmacy.
Everyone here has always been very helpful. Never had a bad experience with this pharmacy, I’ve been using them for years.
The people that work in this pharmacy have always treated me very well. Recently the pharmacist, Kaitlin, went above and beyond to help me out in a difficult situation, I'm very grateful.
